Job Title: Benefits Absence Mgt & Safety Intern Location: Rochester, NY. Employment: Contract (4 months) Industry: Business Process Outsourcing Compensation: $ 17.50/hour Schedule: 40 hours /week-(-1st Shift) About the Opportunity:

• Assist in documenting and updating internal HR procedures and workflow guides
• Help track and organize employee absence and accommodation data for reporting purposes
• Support audit preparation by gathering and validating compliance-related information

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative support

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior work and/ or intern experience
