Now Hiring: Full-Time Treatment Coordinator
Location: Perfect Smiles Beverly | Chicago, IL
Perfect Smiles Beverly is growing! We’re looking for a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our long-standing team and help us continue delivering compassionate, high-quality dental care to the Chicago community.
For over 20 years, Perfect Smiles has built strong relationships with patients and families across the area. We offer a supportive, family-like atmosphere, updated facilities, and opportunities for career growth. If you’re a team player with a passion for dentistry and a willingness to learn, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and assist with check-in
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Submit insurance claims and verify coverage
- Assist patients with intake forms and payment options
- Process payments and update insurance information
- Maintain a clean, professional reception area
- Organize mail and ensure office equipment is functioning
- Support treatment planning and fill schedules
Preferred Experience:
- Treatment planning and insurance verification
- Dental office software proficiency
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Schedule:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: OFF
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (twice a month)
