Mental Health Coordinator

Overview Are you a licensed mental health professional passionate about making a difference in underserved populations? We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Coordinator to provide essential mental health services in a secure facility setting. Responsibilities In this role, you will deliver clinical mental health care (non-medical) to individuals in need—offering screening, treatment planning, counseling, and crisis intervention. You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team and be instrumental in supporting the mental well-being of those in your care. Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through clinical interviews and records review. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs and functioning levels. Modify treatment plans as necessary to reflect ongoing clinical evaluation. Document all evaluations, interventions, and treatment progress in accordance with facility and licensing standards. Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times. Deliver evidence-based individual and group counseling services. Provide timely mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions as needed. Required Qualifications Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a comparable role. Must hold current LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure valid in the state of Arizona.
