Sr. Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities Drive growth of sales volume of assigned accounts or territories in line with the company plan; develop sales forecasts and territory potentials. Sell Professional Line products to installing dealers and distributors in Northern California and Nevada, building and maintaining strong relationships with all customers. Understand client business dynamics to act as a trusted advisor. Support the retail channel in the assigned area as appropriate. Facilitate quote management and order fulfillment, delivering product, pricing, and sales information to customers and the team using insights and data. Manage all partner relationships to strengthen solution capabilities and drive greater value for the customer. Execute merchandising and advertising programs. Conduct extensive training and product presentations to small and large groups. Conduct customer training presentations around product and selling skillsets. Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; ensure compliance across teams. Protect CG’s reputation by keeping information confidential. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, and establishing personal societies. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. 3+ years of sales experience. Strong public-speaking skill. Ability to travel up to 75% (domestically and internationally). Valid driver’s license. Remote work location: Northern California. Benefits The pay range for this position is $83,599.00 - $137,794.50; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) contribution are offered (subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
