The physical therapist utilizes a comprehensive evaluation based on accepted professional standards to assess patient needs and functional status; devises and implements appropriate treatment plans to promote the highest level of patient self-sufficiency; regularly re-assesses plan efficacy; provides appropriate education to patients and families and progress patients toward goals and outcomes that reflect improved independence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, or eligibility, in physical therapy required
• Master's degree or higher preferred
• Current CT physical therapy license or eligibility required
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred

Work schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays
