What You Bring To The Table Leadership Experience:Previous experience in a supervisor or team lead role, ideally in a retail or customer-facing environment. Point-of-Sale Proficiency:Comfort working with POS systems and handling various payment types accurately. Customer Service Excellence:Ability to resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. Team Development:Strong coaching and mentoring skills to promote cashier performance and growth. Organizational Skills:Capable of managing shift schedules, maintaining front-end cleanliness, and ensuring supplies are stocked.
