The Project Manager is the face of that experience — from contract signing to final walkthrough. You own the schedule, the margin, the client relationship, and the outcome. All of it. Compensation: $100,000+ Responsibilities: Serve as the primary client-facing representative of PDP from contract signing through final walkthrough — professional and polished at every touchpoint Own full project production — schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement Operate JobTread at full depth and actively improve our processes to raise efficiency and client experience Build and maintain KPI tracking systems that give ownership real-time visibility into project performance Communicate proactively with clients at every phase — they never have to ask for an update Leverage AI tools to sharpen reporting and eliminate administrative drag Close every project completely — punch list done, documentation closed, 5-star review earned Qualifications: Proven residential construction project management experience required JobTread experience strongly preferred Numbers-oriented — comfortable with budget tracking, margin analysis, and performance reporting Systems builder, not just a systems follower Communicates proactively and owns problems without being asked Embraces technology and AI tools as part of daily workflow About Company Peachtree Decks and Porches has spent 20 years building a reputation as one of North Atlanta's most trusted names in premium outdoor living.
