Director of Admissions

We are seeking an experienced Director of Admissions to lead our admissions team in providing exceptional patient care and support. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive individualized attention and care while having their short and long-term needs tended to in a comfortable, caring environment.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 annually , as well as a bonus structure, 401k, PTO package, and a fun and friendly work atmosphere with a supportive leadership team. Responsibilities

• Work closely with our marketing team to screen referrals and admissions

• Record and maintain accurate information regarding admissions and discharges

• Prepare and submit daily census reports and other necessary reporting records

• Coordinate with our facility team on the admissions process and maintain open communication with new residents

• Monitor and report admission updates, and maintain monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records

• Represent the facility at community events, open houses, and other special and public relation events

• Survey residents for satisfaction and remain in contact with new residents to ensure their needs are being met

• Oversee and manage Admissions department

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Director of Admissions in a Long-Term Care setting

• Familiarity with local hospitals in the area and existing relationships with local hospitals
