Compensation Partner

Owning a portfolio of global business groups, the full-time Compensation Partner will collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to leverage market data and provide strategic compensation insights while modernizing processes using AI-enabled tools. Key responsibilities Build a deep understanding of supported organizations to proactively identify opportunities, risks, and talent trends Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to navigate compensation decisions and make practical recommendations based on market intelligence Develop analyses and models to communicate clear options and tradeoffs for compensation strategies Required qualifications 4+ years of progressive compensation experience with consultative, business-aligned solutions Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations Demonstrated ownership mindset and a track record of driving work forward independently Intellectual curiosity and business acumen to identify underlying issues and develop informed viewpoints Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills with experience in enterprise HR systems like Workday
