We are looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to provide analytical support to the Compensation Team globally. About the Role As a Senior Compensation Analyst on the Total Rewards team you will be the first point of contact for compensation questions and support stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and Compensation Business Partners on complex job offers and retention needs. Conduct annual and ad‑hoc benchmarking analysis to develop job profiles, levels, and pay ranges. Develop cost models, forecast analyses, and design recommendations for a variety of global compensation programs. Participate in the administration of recurring compensation processes, annual survey participation, ad‑hoc survey requests, and project support as needed. Qualifications 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a business‑partnering or client‑facing role. Proven experience developing and implementing salary structures and job evaluation methodologies for diverse employee populations. Demonstrated experience managing the administration of short‑term incentive programs for a minimum of 3 years. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build complex compensation models and present findings to management. Experience leading compensation‑related projects, such as job leveling initiatives or pay equity analyses. Other Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and modeling skills. Ability to manage and prioritize high‑volume activities and meet multiple deadlines. Experience testing system configuration and new enhancements. Ability to learn complex processes quickly and complete tasks with precision. Problem‑solving ability, able to troubleshoot issues independently or escalates when appropriate. Exceptional detail orientation, strong project management and organizational skills. Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to understand and communicate the meaning of data. Understanding of standard methodologies around compensation processes. Experience with data compilation, manipulation, and analytics. Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the Google Suite. Benefits & Compensation Base pay range: $123,200 – $184,800 USD (Atlanta) or $117,000 – $208,000 USD for other U.S. locations. Eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan, role‑specific commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered. Flexible Work Workday offers a hybrid model requiring approximately 50% of work time in the office per quarter, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed.
