Global Compensation Partner — Strategic Pay & Analytics

Workday is seeking an experienced Compensation professional on the Total Rewards team to act as the first point of contact for compensation questions across the organization. You will support stakeholders in Talent Acquisition and People Partners on complex offers and retention needs, and conduct annual and ad-hoc benchmarking to shape pay ranges, job profiles, and levels. You will also design cost models, forecast analyses, and administer recurring compensation processes, with opportunities to #J-18808-Ljbffr Hunt
