Overview: The Food Runner provides quality service that exceeds Guest expectations by proactively embracing service standards. Responsibilities: Bring food from the kitchen to tables to support the servers. Assist servers during meal period. Must have knowledge of all menu items. Greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner. Assist the server with busing tables. Assisting servers in any capacity to ensure guest satisfaction. Inquire if additional service is needed from guests upon delivery and inform the server or manager. Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisor or management including side work responsibilities. Qualifications: Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Ability to clearly communicate verbally with guests, management and co-workers. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to multitask. Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time or for an entire shift. Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25lbs without assistance. Must be able to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays. Must be to successfully complete ServSafe and TIPS (Alcohol Certification).
