Roofing Project Manager – Commercial and Residential Builds Growing Construction Company in Pompano Beach, FL seeks a dedicated, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Roofing Project Manager to lead roofing projects from planning to completion. Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year. Company Overview Full-service General Contractor located in Pompano Beach, Florida. Maintain daily logs. Develop and maintain project schedules. Attend weekly progress meetings with engineers, customers, and general contractors. Submit RFIs, submittals, and manage all communication with the customer. Order materials and equipment for each project. Coordinate production, safety, and quality with the superintendent. Manage multiple projects from start to close‑out. Qualifications Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, focused on roofing projects. Proven experience managing all phases of roofing projects, from initiation to completion. Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods. Proficiency in project management software tools and MS Office Suite. Excellent understanding of construction procedures, material and project management principles. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time‑management skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
