About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for Marketing Communications with a focus on health. The successful candidate will be a natural leader, passionate about health, and dedicated to pushing boundaries to create meaningful, impactful work. This role is pivotal in leading senior client relationships, inspiring clients to think bigger, and overseeing integrated teams to deliver sophisticated, modern, and creative programs. The EVP will also be a key member of the agency's Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the overall business strategy and leading new business efforts. A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is essential, as is the ability to lead with kindness and humanity. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years' experience, with a significant portion in an agency or client-facing setting, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory landscape. Experience in managing large, integrated pieces of business and a proven track record of business growth are required. The ideal candidate will have a background in various healthcare communications, including disease awareness, data and regulatory milestones, corporate reputation, and branded campaigns. Superb management, interpersonal, and communication skills are a must, as is a passion for creativity and the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues. The role demands a leader who is engaging, collaborative, and dedicated to delivering exceptional work in a fun, non-hierarchical environment.
