Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions. We’ll give you amazing continuous support for everything. Responsibilities Answer customer queries about TurboTax products and tax return software. Assist with basic navigation, document import, printing, filing, and general tax questions. Handle certification processes and training as a TurboTax Product Expert. Build and manage flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday. Work at least 25 hours per week; optional extra hours available. Participate in live calls with assigned SME and support Marketplace Performance Specialist. Qualifications No specific accounting background required.
