With clinic locations across Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, our care teams include IPS in North Carolina and Savannah Pain Management in Georgia, all operating as part of the SSJC organization. We are seeking motivated, qualified professionals to join us in delivering exceptional care across our growing network.We are seeking a PRN, self-motivated Registered Nurse for our South Carolina clinics who loves to transform lives through exceptional patient care! These roles will support clinic location in Charleston, SC and will be on Mondays in our ASC, whose hours of operation are from 8am-5pm.Responsibilities:Effectively manages the care of assigned patients using knowledge, skills, judgment, and decision-making skills for the specific area and patient population.Delivers patient care utilizing standardized evidenced based guidelines of care and appropriate resources, including personnel, services, supplies and equipment.Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior, administer medications and document all encounters and progress notes.Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient careEducates patients about health maintenance and disease preventionEducates care plans, provides emotional support and advise to patients and their family membersQualifications:Good standing RN License for the state of North Carolina without limitationsBLS and ALS/ACLS CertifiedFamiliarity with medical software and equipmentAbility to build rapport with patientsStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentThe employee must communicate professionally, respectfully, and effectively with patients, visitors, clinicians, coworkers, and vendors, including in busy, demanding, or stressful circumstances.
