Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role focuses on managing customer payments, maintaining account records, monitoring balances, and supporting efficient financial operations.

Responsibilities
- Process incoming payments and account transactions
- Monitor customer balances and payment activity
- Maintain financial records and billing documentation
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
- Prepare reports and account summaries
- Support invoice tracking and reconciliation activities
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding account updates
- Maintain financial databases and records
- Support collections and payment follow-ups
- Ensure confidentiality of financial information
- Assist with audits and reporting requests
- Support special projects and operational tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, finance, customer service, or support roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Comfortable working with financial records and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Professional, dependable, and results-oriented mindset
