Licenses/Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (required)

Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience

Proficiency: EPIC electronic health records

Additional Skills: IV starts, telemetry, ventilator management, telemetry, and telemetry experience

What You'll Do

Provide advanced critical care nursing across multiple ICU units, including neuro, surgical, medical, cardiology/diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and NCCU
Float to various units based on staffing needs and patient acuity, adhering to unit policies
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage ventilators and telemetry equipment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
Document patient information accurately in EPIC
Respond swiftly to emergency situations and provide lifesaving interventions
Ensure compliance with all safety and healthcare standards

What You Need

Valid Ohio RN license
Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
Proficiency with EPIC ERP system
Experience with IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and ventilator management

About the Assignment This assignment is with a leading healthcare facility in Columbus, Ohio, providing critical care services across a variety of ICU settings. You will be an integral part of a specialized float pool team, supporting multiple specialized units to ensure patients receive the highest level of care. The role emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
