In-Home Sales Closer | Product Specialist (Exteriors and Baths) Somersworth, NH, US Salary Range: $95,000.00 To $250,000.00 Annually Earning Potential: $95,000-250,000+ annually Uncapped Commission | Pre-Set Appointments | Paid Training About the Role As a Product Specialist, your focus is selling. Our Contact Center schedules your appointments. You meet with homeowners in their homes, deliver a professional consultation, recommend solutions based on their needs, and close the sale. No cold calling. No door knocking. No prospecting. You'll be supported by pre-set appointments, a proven sales process, comprehensive training, and a team focused on helping you succeed. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled in-home appointments. Conduct professional consultations for Long Home products and services. Understand each homeowner’s needs and recommend the right solution for their home and budget. Deliver compelling product presentations and clearly communicate value. Confidently navigate questions and objections and ask for the sale. Prepare contracts, pricing, financing information, and required documentation accurately. Follow Long Home's established sales process and maintain accurate customer records. Represent Long Home with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach. Consistently work toward individual sales, closing, and revenue goals. What We're Looking For A confident, persuasive communicator who enjoys face-to-face sales. Strong closing and objection-handling skills. Self-motivation, discipline, and a desire to compete and succeed. Ability to build trust quickly and guide customers through significant purchasing decisions. Comfort working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment. Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail. In-home sales, one-call close, home improvement, automotive, real estate, or other high-ticket sales experience is a plus. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to customer appointments is REQUIRED. Compensation & Support Uncapped commission with earning potential of $95,000-250,000+ annually. Consistent pre-set appointments provided by our Contact Center. No cold calling, door knocking, or self-generated lead requirement. Two weeks of paid training at $800 per week.
