Make an impact supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school settings with this dynamic Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity. This contract position offers the chance to work with a diverse K-12 population, collaborating with educators and support staff in three separate buildings. With a split caseload, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with students at various stages of their academic journey, delivering both group and individual services.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP Certificate (CCC-SLP preferred)
• Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
• Experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Willingness to work onsite across multiple buildings; virtual service providers considered with support of a school-based SLPA
• Superb communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Dedication to fostering academic and social growth in students

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy for a mixed K-12 student population
• Manage a caseload of 55 thirty-minute treatment sessions weekly, including 16 individual and 37 group sessions
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
• Use evidence-based strategies to support students’ communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
• Complete accurate documentation and maintain compliance with state requirements
• Rotate among three school buildings according to need and schedule
