Make a meaningful impact in student communication skills as part of a supportive school-based team near University Park, PA. This contract opportunity is designed for an SLPA who values collaboration and diverse caseload experience. You’ll work closely with a Tele SLP partner, managing a shared caseload split across elementary, middle, and high school buildings, ensuring a varied and engaging workweek.

In this position, you’ll support 41 students, with the caseload subject to change as needs arise. Treatment sessions consist of 55 thirty-minute blocks each week, including both individual (16) and group (37) settings, allowing you to build strong rapport and deliver focused interventions. With a schedule of 35 hours per week, you’ll have the chance to make a difference across a spectrum of student needs and educational environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Pennsylvania SLPA certification
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Adaptable and comfortable working with multiple age groups
• Collaborative mindset, eager to partner with a Tele SLP

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct treatment and support to students requiring speech-language services
• Collaborate with a Tele SLP for coordinated care and intervention planning
• Travel between three school buildings to provide services as assigned
• Maintain compliance with documentation, district, and licensure standards
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
