Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize medical records and documentation
• Scan and upload records into EPIC / EMR systems
• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls (appointments, follow-ups, coordination)
• Support administrative workflows in a healthcare setting
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of patient data
• Use office equipment (scanner, copier, fax, etc.)

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Candidates with Medical Assistant (MA) or clinical support experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• 1+ year experience in a healthcare, hospital, or medical office setting
• Experience handling patient calls (inbound/outbound)
• Hands-on experience with EPIC or EMR systems
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• Patient scheduling, coordination, or front/back office support
• Experience working with medical records or documentation
