EESOH-MIS Configuration Support Specialist As a digital transformation professional, you will help our client accelerate capabilities by translating user needs into system requirements for the Air Force environmental management system. You will support the EESOH‑MIS platform, applying your knowledge of environmental systems and functional requirement management to deliver innovative, enterprise‑wide solutions. Job Overview In this role you will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to capture, analyze, and document functional requirements. Your work will directly impact the Air Force by enabling faster deployment of environmental management capabilities and driving continuous improvement of the EESOH‑MIS system. Responsibilities Translate user needs into clear, actionable system requirements. Conduct requirement capture sessions with key stakeholders. Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure requirements are accurately implemented. Maintain documentation using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. Support continuous improvement initiatives for the EESOH‑MIS platform. Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting Air Force environmental systems or processes. Knowledge of the EESOH‑MIS system. Proficiency with Jira or Confluence. Strong ability to translate functional needs into system requirements. Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance. Bachelor’s degree. Nice to Have Experience working on a dispersed or remote team. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science. Security Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
