Recruiting Support SpecialistThis role handles the behind-the-scenes execution, coordination and delivery of recruiting support services to our client and customer groups. You'll keep your clients/customers organized, ensuring that all activities are executed according to the established process, and provide support through a variety of tasks:Schedules/coordinates interview requests for hiring organizations.Assists in coordination of candidate travel if/when necessary.Monitors the completion of candidate background investigations and pre-employment requirements, ensuring completion.Executes the employee on-boarding process, from a candidate's acceptance through the first week report-to-work date.Maintains talent acquisition files pertaining to transactional occurrences.Ensuring I9 completions for all new hires.Provide support for ad hoc business needsCoordinating interviews with Managers SAP and EightfoldIntegrating (onboarding) candidatesAuditing requests for errorsBasic Requirements:2+ years experience coordinating interviews2+ years experience processing I9 formsNo degree required (high school diploma okay)BrassRing and Leo system experience (nice to have)Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve with candidates.Attention to detail4+ years experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Teams experience)1+ year Conference Call Coordination experience1+ year Ability to meet deadlines experience1+ year Relationship Building experienceFirst Shift hours for position: 6:00am-4:30pm CSTSkills: schedule interviews, recruiting, I9, background checks, drug testing, human resources, hr supportTop Skills Details: schedule interviews, recruiting, I9, background checks, drug testing, human resources, hr supportExperience Level: Intermediate LevelJob Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Grand Prairie, TX.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $27.45 - $27.45/hr.
