HR GeneralistHuman Resources Generalist. Recruiter. NextStep Recruiting urgently requires an experienced HR Generalist / Recruiter for a manufacturing client in the Grand Prairie / Arlington, TX area.Candidates should have:1+ years (3+ years preferred) of HR Generalist and Recruiting experience in a manufacturing environmentHR Generalist and Support experience with things like timekeeping, entering employee information, onboarding, etc.Experience with recruiting for hourly manufacturing-type rolesExperience with HRIS systems such as UKG, Workday, etc.Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plusOur client is looking for this HR Generalist to start in September 2026, so the role is urgent.
