Human Resources Generalist
The Encompass Group
HRBP Support: Provide daily support to HR Business Partners on general HR matters. Onboarding & Training: Facilitate new hire onboarding and support the coordination of training and development initiatives. Employee Support: Serve as a resource for employees on HR-related topics including leaves, compensation, and workplace concerns. HR Metrics & Reporting: Analyze HR data to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Immigration Support: Partner with our immigration vendor and legal team to manage employee immigration processes and ensure compliance. Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records in both electronic and paper formats. Qualifications Preferred 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Exposure supporting employee immigration processes. Ability to be onsite 5 days per week in Dallas, TX #J-18808-Ljbffr
