Candidates with manufacturing, automation, robotics, or FANUC experience are highly encouraged to apply. Experience working alongside robotic systems or automation projects is a plus, and a Robotics Certification is highly desirable.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Project Management Coordinator to support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating project timelines, tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and ensuring clear communication between customers, project teams, and internal departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans and project schedules.
* Coordinate project activities, tasks, milestones, and follow-up actions.
* Document meeting minutes, decisions, and action items, ensuring timely completion.
* Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
* Ensure project deadlines, deliverables, and customer expectations are met.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
* Provide administrative support to project teams and leadership.
* Liaise with customers to understand project requirements and communicate status updates.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between internal departments and external customers.
* Identify project risks or issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
Required Qualifications
* Associate Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Administrative Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
* Strong customer service background with experience supporting internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Experience working with ERP systems.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
* Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting projects within a manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or automation environment.
* Familiarity with production processes, automation equipment, or robotics projects.
* Experience working with FANUC robots or supporting robotic integration projects.
* Knowledge of project scheduling and tracking tools.
* Robotics Certification is a plus.
* Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and customer-driven initiatives.
