We’re a fast-growing, accredited medical equipment company that helps people across multiple

states get the equipment they need to live better lives. We run a modern, tech-driven operation — a

lot of what we do is powered by automation, AI tools, and software, so we’re looking for an

Operations Manager who is just as comfortable leading people as they are working inside technology.

This is a high-trust, high-ownership role. You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving —

leading our teams, holding the standards, and making sure the work gets done right and on time.

You’ll own the daily decisions and bring only the major calls to the CEO. It’s built for someone who

genuinely wants to run an operation and grow into a second-in-command seat over time.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and hold accountable the teams that keep the business running

• Own the daily rhythm — keep the work on schedule, on standard, and on track

• Run the business through our software and automation tools, and keep improving how we use

them

• Put AI and technology to work to make the operation faster, smarter, and more efficient

• Make the day-to-day calls; escalate only what truly needs the CEO

• Turn ideas and direction into clear, repeatable processes your teams can run

• Know the numbers, report them honestly, and act on them

• Hire, train, coach, and make the hard personnel decisions when needed

What we’re looking for:

• A proven leader who has run multiple people or teams and delivered real results

• 1 year of operations or team leadership experience

• Strong technology skills — comfortable learning new software fast and running an operation

through digital tools and dashboards

• Genuinely interested in AI and how it can be used to run a business better; bonus if you’ve used AI

tools in your work

• A sharp generalist who learns fast — you bring the brain, the drive, and the leadership

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred — a big plus

• Comfortable leading both in-person and remote teams

• A natural problem-solver who brings order to chaos

• Decisive, accountable, and steady under pressure

• Houston-based and able to work on-site full-time
