Finance Accounting Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Finance Accounting Manager to join our growing team! This role will play a key part in managing core accounting functions, supporting financial reporting, and helping drive efficient month-end and year-end close processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Analyze financial data and investigate variancesSupport budgeting and forecasting activities Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies Assist with audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll entries as needed Identify and recommend process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and management on financial reporting needs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required 3+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Opportunities for professional growth and advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr Janico, Inc.
