Loan Servicing Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage essential loan servicing operations. In this role, you will review mortgage closing packages for legal and HMDA compliance, support processing by ordering essential reports, and maintain accurate digital documentation. Additional responsibilities include coordinating the loan pipeline, managing rate locks, and monitoring vendor performance to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency. Salary: $30 - $35 per hour Shift: First Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM Education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Audit & Compliance: Review mortgage and home equity closing packages for legal compliance (HMDA) and credit union standards; perform regular self-testing and internal audits. Loan Processing Support: Order appraisals, title reports, and flood certs; verify employment and income documentation; and process application fees. Documentation Management: Track recorded mortgages and title policies, maintain exception reports, and ensure all digital files are complete and uploaded. Register loans with myCU mortgage. Pipeline Coordination: Register loans with myCU mortgage, manage rate locks, and assign files to underwriters while ensuring all disclosures and applications are signed and accurate. Vendor Relations: Monitor and report on attorney performance (turnaround times and accuracy) and coordinate with tax escrow teams.
