Customer Service Representative

Location: New Berlin, WI

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Berlin. This role will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls , addressing inquiries related to orders, products, and general support , and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about delivering excellent service.

• Answer and manage inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
• Assist customers with order inquiries , including order status, product information, and issue resolution
• Accurately enter and update customer and order information in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal departments (shipping, sales, operations) to resolve customer concerns
• Follow up on open issues to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge
• Document customer interactions and maintain organized records

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• ERP system experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
