Receptionist - PART TIME

Part-Time Automotive Receptionist Job Description Walker Automotive has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Automotive Receptionist with excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and a positive attitude. This individual will serve as a first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting customers and visitors, and providing administrative support to the dealership. Responsibilities Answer incoming dealership phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Notify the appropriate team member when a customer is waiting Work cooperatively with the sales team and other dealership departments Update customer records as needed Assist with scheduling and confirming sales appointments Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents Assist with the dealer exchange vehicle process Participate in customer satisfaction and retention efforts Provide general administrative and receptionist support as needed Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Outgoing, positive, and professional demeanor Dependable and punctual Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening Schedule Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM–7:00 PM Friday: 3:30 PM–6:00 PM #J-18808-Ljbffr
