ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of four. State Farm has been a big part of my life - my dad was an agent for 38 years, and I spent 15 years working in his agency before becoming an agent myself. Outside of work, I'm a proud mom of two boys and understand the importance of building a career while maintaining time for family.

Our agency offers a 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We're also open to candidates without insurance experience and are willing to invest in the right person who is eager to learn and grow.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Alexandra Vazquez - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
