I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of four. State Farm has been a big part of my life - my dad was an agent for 38 years, and I spent 15 years working in his agency before becoming an agent myself. Outside of work, I'm a proud mom of two boys and understand the importance of building a career while maintaining time for family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Alexandra Vazquez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
