Red Robin - Kuber Oregon LLC in Woodburn, OR is looking for a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team! If you love the fast-paced energy of a restaurant kitchen and take pride in crafting delicious food, this is the perfect opportunity for you. - Prepare and cook menu items according to Red Robin's recipes, standards, and plating guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout each shift
- Execute food orders accurately and efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control to ensure consistency
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
- Assist with prep work, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Prior experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
