Account Manager, Consumer - Houston

Title: Account Manager Location: Houston, TX Job Description: The Account Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue for the Consumer Care business unit by promoting Galderma’s consumer skincare portfolio products and services to health‑care providers (HCPs) and key office staff members to create increased product demand within an assigned territory. Responsibilities: Plan, organize and execute field‑based product promotion activities in accordance with company and regulatory standards to increase patient demand of consumer skincare portfolio at the HCP office level. Participate in face‑to‑face sales calls with HCPs, distribute product samples and attend company‑sponsored meetings; some meetings may occur during evenings or weekends. Meet or exceed goals and objectives for designated product portfolio and other KPIs such as HCP satisfaction surveys, coupon redemption and point‑of‑sale activity within assigned territory. Utilize sales tools, resources and supporting analysis to identify trends and execute action plans. Record sales‑call notes, track samples and other territory management activities through the company data‑reporting system; other administrative duties may be assigned. Manage appropriate utilization of resources such as budget, samples and peer‑to‑peer programs to engage and create impact with healthcare professionals. Develop relationships with providers and their staff within the given geography. Attend medical meetings and conferences as needed based on organization and regional needs. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university is required. Two (2) years of outside business‑to‑business sales experience preferred. Demonstrated strong track record of consistent, documented sales success. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Ability to travel overnight as needed. Strong business acumen and excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills. Ability to build strong relationships, serve the total office and add value with every interaction. Proficiency with MS Office in a Windows environment, virtual interaction technology and familiarity with CRM software. Position is commensurate with experience.
