Title Account Manager - Consumer Location Seattle, WA Job Description The Account Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue for the Consumer Care business unit at Galderma. The role focuses on promoting Galderma’s consumer skincare portfolio products and services to Health Care Providers (HCPs) and their office staff to increase product demand within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize and execute field‑based product promotion activities in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory standards to increase patient demand of the consumer skincare portfolio through targeted strategies at the HCP office level. Participate in face‑to‑face sales calls with HCPs, distribute product samples, and attend company‑sponsored meetings; some meetings may occur during evening or weekend hours; travel may be necessary. Meet or exceed goals and objectives for the designated product portfolio and other KPIs (e.g., HCP satisfaction surveys, coupon redemption, POS) within the assigned territory. Utilize sales tools, resources, and supporting analysis to identify trends and execute effective action plans. Record sales call notes, track samples, and other territory‑management activities through the company data reporting system; other administrative duties may be assigned. Manage appropriate utilization of resources such as budget, samples, and peer‑to‑peer programs to engage and create impact with healthcare professionals. Work within the given geography to develop relationships with providers and their staff. Attend medical meetings and conferences as needed based on organizational and regional needs. Other duties may be assigned. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university is required. Two (2) years of outside business‑to‑business sales experience preferred. Demonstrated strong track record of consistent documented success (e.g., sales performance). Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to travel overnight as needed. Strong business acumen including excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills. Ability to build strong relationships, service the total office, and add value with every interaction. Proficient with Microsoft Office in a Windows environment and virtual interaction technology; familiar with CRM software. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $90,000 – $120,000 (estimated).
