Contract Recruiter

Job Description We are currently recruiting for a Contract Recruiter job in High Point, NC! This is a fully on-site opportunity. In this role you will be supporting a high-volume manufacturing recruitment initiative. This role will focus on recruiting direct labor talent across multiple locations nationwide, including Operators, Process Technicians, and other production-related positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage a large requisition load, and has a proven track record recruiting within manufacturing environments. Responsibilities Manage a high-volume recruiting workload of approximately 25 open requisitions simultaneously. Source, screen, and qualify candidates for direct labor manufacturing positions, including Operators, Process Technicians, and related production roles. Partner closely with hiring managers across multiple sites throughout the United States. Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage offers through the hiring process. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill production positions. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system. Ensure a positive candidate experience while driving efficient and timely hiring outcomes. Qualifications At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated success recruiting high-volume hourly and direct labor positions. Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting. Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking System preferred. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring teams nationwide.
