Senior Project Manager - Multi-family

We are seeking an experienced and results driven Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of multifamily construction projects in the Raleigh market. As a Senior Project Manager, we rely on you to lead all aspects of project execution; ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance are consistently achieved.Key responsibilities include:Oversee multiple multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutLead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overall execution strategyManage and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project teamsDrive subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and buyout processesMaintain full accountability for project financials, including cost control, forecasting, and profitabilityBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and key stakeholdersCollaborate closely with field leadership to ensure schedule adherence and quality standardsManage risk, resolve issues proactively, and ensure successful project outcomesLead project meetings and provide clear, consistent communication across all partiesQualifications:8+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on multifamily projectsProven experience managing largen scale or multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and forecastingExcellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsDeep understanding of construction processes, contracts, and risk managementProficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)BenefitsBase ($160,000-$190,000) + BonusAuto, Cell, Gas Allowances401k MatchFull Medical, Dental and VisionGenerous PTO
