Job Description

HIRING: Patient Experience Coordinator (Front Office) Smile & Co. — Folsom, CA

We built this place around a simple idea: dentistry can feel different. No white coats. No judgment. Just exceptional care wrapped in a warm, intentional experience — more wine bar than waiting room.

We’re looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator who: → Genuinely loves people (and knows how to make them feel seen) → Understands that the front desk sets the tone for everything → Communicates with warmth, confidence, and attention to detail → Thrives in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and collected → Wants to be part of a team that shows up for each other → Is ready to grow inside a practice that’s always evolving

This role is more than answering phones and checking patients in — you’re creating first impressions, building trust, and helping every patient feel taken care of from the moment they walk in.
