As part of your role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive therapeutic care to our clients, who may be sick, injured, or disabled, while also managing a range of important clinical operations. The environment encourages direct, meaningful interactions that foster trust, making it critical for our team members to possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to therapy.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate a professional and collaborative atmosphere that fosters teamwork, patient safety, and exceptional clinical outcomes, encouraging full participation from all team members.Assess clinical improvement opportunities in collaboration with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.Develop and nurture relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through regular communication and engagement activities, ensuring a steady flow of referrals.Utilize clinical systems proficiently to provide accurate documentation, optimal coding, and effective charge capture, while ensuring follow-through on all aspects of patient care orders.Maintain compliance with the Florida State Practice Act, relevant regulations, and Workers' Compensation (WC) guidelines for physical therapy.Drive metrics associated with patient and client experience and satisfaction, continuously seeking feedback for improvement.Adhere to the Physical Therapy Guidebook and ensure all treatment visits meet the established standards for quality care.Manage clinical outcomes systematically, discussing outlier cases with staff therapists to devise appropriate strategies for improvement.Optimize workflows related to patient referrals, scheduling, and overall patient management to enhance service delivery.Execute tailored therapy plans that prioritize early intervention and same-day evaluations for clients, thereby maximizing their recovery potential.Patient Population / Client FocusYour role will involve working closely with a diverse range of clients, including those recovering from surgeries, strokes, sports injuries, and chronic conditions. Your ability to customize therapy based on each client's unique needs and home environment is critical to achieving positive outcomes.
