Our team thrives in a collaborative atmosphere where creativity is encouraged, and continuous improvement is a shared goal.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess patient conditions through comprehensive evaluations and establish appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs and recovery goals.Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing specific conditions, ensuring understanding to prevent further injury.Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to enhance mobility, strength, and overall function.Document patient progress meticulously, adhering to regulatory requirements and ensuring all treatment plans reflect the highest standards of care.Continuously monitor patient progress, reviewing treatment effectiveness and making adjustments to plans as necessary to promote optimal recovery.Patient Population / Client FocusOur physical therapy services cater to a diverse clientele, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain disorders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping various patient populations achieve their rehabilitation goals and enhance their quality of life.QualificationsActive Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information in relatable terms.A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in patient assessments and treatment modifications.Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is preferred.Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for effective patient documentation and progress tracking.Experience in specialized therapeutic techniques or modalities that contribute to enhanced patient care.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, contingent on experience and caseload.
