We are seeking a candidate with a strong positive attitude toward customer service to act as a Certified Nurse Aide for our Assisted Living & Memory Care. The right candidate will always strive to do the best job possible, to be creative and to work towards accomplishing facility goals.

Requirements:

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct care to residents in a 24-hour operation, primarily for their activities of daily living, assistance with therapeutic activity programs, restorative programs, and documentation as required by the facility.

• Active CNA license.
• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, positioning, toileting, bathing and exercising.
• Assist residents in an out of bed or wheelchair with proper transfer equipment.
• Records vital signs, nourishment logs, and other patient records as necessary.
• Maintains, organized and fully stocked beside unit.
• Changes linens, makes beds and keeps residents’ rooms tidy.
• Responds to all call lights promptly.
• Maintains continuous communication with team leaders.
