Available shifts:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Rotating weekends
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Rotating weekends
- Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Rotating weekends
- Weekend Option: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
What you'll do:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and essential nursing care.
- Deliver hands-on patient care with dignity, compassion, and respect.
- Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team in a long-term care and short-term rehab setting.
- Support a safe, welcoming, resident-centered environment.
What we're looking for:
- Active, unencumbered Missouri CNA license required (L1MA not accepted).
- Previous SNF or long-term care (LTC) experience preferred, not required.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
- Ability to safely perform the physical demands of the role, including lifting, transferring, repositioning, and assisting residents with mobility and activities of daily living.
- A genuine passion for geriatric and elderly care.
