Job Description Client Relationship Consultants build and nurture relationships with customers, engaging them across in‑person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide the best possible counsel while maintaining a digital‑first mindset. Responsibilities Engage customers in person, by appointment, and virtually, assessing and addressing their banking needs. Obtain and process customer and account information and provide education on deposit and loan products and services. Recommend solutions aligned with each customer’s unique goals and needs. Proactively reach out and follow up with clients, asking questions and learning about their financial requirements. Identify new and existing client solutions through effective communication. Maintain working knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital offerings. Provide a consistent, optimal client experience: greeting, basic transaction processing, and accurate service. Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners. Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Educate clients on emerging digital products and self‑service technologies to meet their needs. Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize client experiences and maintain operational excellence. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Typically 3–4 years of job‑related retail banking experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training. Bilingual proficiency (business level) in Spanish and English. Preferred Skills & Experience Proven ability to build relationships through proactive outreach and follow‑up. Strong client engagement and communication skills. Comprehensive knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems. Proven customer‑service and interpersonal skills. Experience demonstrating and using digital products and self‑service technologies. Ability to assess and identify customer needs while applying a digital‑first mindset. Basic proficiency in making proactive and reactive recommendations that meet customer needs. Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred. NMLS Registration Requirement Position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and RegulationZ. Applicants will undergo a registration process that includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain NMLS requirements may result in rescission of offer or termination of employment.
