Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish the mental health status of clients and identify their treatment needs.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, tailored to the specific challenges faced by each client.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions, utilizing effective strategies to help clients navigate their mental health journeys, whether they are dealing with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, or eating disorders.

• Maintain regular documentation through electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure compliance and effective tracking of client progress.

• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare providers as necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate care efforts and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, from adolescents to adults, addressing various mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and substance use issues. Your cultural competence and understanding of different backgrounds will greatly enhance the therapeutic relationship and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Minimum of four years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling in a variety of settings.

• Deep understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to deliver both individual and group therapy in a culturally responsive and inclusive manner.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
