Work Environment\n

This role operates in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing you to enjoy a flexible work-life balance while still providing impactful care. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, creating a schedule that best fits your lifestyle. The technology-driven environment ensures you'll have access to a user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system, enabling efficient documentation and patient management without the burden of traditional office constraints. Expect no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to dedicate your focus solely to your patients during scheduled hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health therapy through weekly live video sessions, focusing on individual adult clients.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and counselors, to develop tailored treatment plans for comprehensive care.

• Utilize automatically administered assessments to evaluate client symptoms, track functional improvements, and adjust treatment goals accordingly.

• Participate in drop-in consultation sessions with clinical leadership to seek guidance, share experiences, and enhance clinical skills.

• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities through free monthly continuing education training (CEUs).

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution, with licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of one year of independent, licensed clinical experience, focusing on diverse adult populations.

• A demonstrated ability to provide culturally responsive care, upholding the highest standards of ethical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, in addition to potential bonuses based on performance.
