Dental Receptionist

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hour (DOE) Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Dental Receptionist to join our team. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone with dental office experience who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while ensuring the daily operations of the practice run smoothly. Job Responsibilities Welcome and greet patients with professionalism and a positive attitude. Answer incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments. Verify insurance coverage and collect required patient information. Assist with billing and payment processing. Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed. Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient questions and concerns. Requirements HSD/GED Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling patient information.
