Legal Administrative Specialist (Litigation Support)

Duties
If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for providing substantive legal support to the Middle District of Louisiana. Typical work assignments will include:
- Providing technical assistance to litigation teams on legal automation requirements and systems capabilities to develop and facilitate litigation decisions, trial preparation and trial presentation.
- Using various software applications to efficiently open cases, close cases, and organize, analyze, and present case materials for discovery.
- Preparing computerized trial exhibits and presentations using hardware such as printers, plotters, audio-visual devices, among others.
- Researching, analyzing, and summarizing relevant legal precedents for applicability to assigned cases as appropriate.
- Preparing exhibits for legal proceedings involving a wide range of visual materials including charts, diagrams, photographs, and models.
Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
