Bilingual Mail Clerk

Our client, a prominent organization in the office sector, is seeking a Bilingual Mail Clerk to join their team. As a Bilingual Mail Clerk, you will be part of the Office department supporting daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Bilingual Mail Clerk
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Pay Range: $18 -$18.50/hr
Monday to Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM; Friday 9:00AM - 1:00PM
Duration: Temp-to-hire
What's the Job?
Sort and distribute incoming mail efficiently and accurately
Prepare outgoing mail and packages ensuring proper documentation
Maintain organized mailroom and supply inventory
Assist with administrative tasks related to mail handling
Collaborate with team members to improve mail processing workflows
What's Needed?
Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic understanding of office procedures and mailroom operations
Attention to detail and accuracy in task completion
Willingness to work in a team environment
